Midweek reset 🔓

If your neck and shoulders have been carrying the weight of long hours, stress, or too much screen time, take a moment to slow down. Deep breaths, gentle movement, and a little release work on the front scalenes can go a long way. Using your hands as light weights on the clavicles helps create space through the front of the neck and chest so your body can finally let go of some tension.

Your body isn’t asking for perfection, just a few intentional minutes. 🤝

Every session starts with listening to the body. 👣

Before we dive into stretching, I check hip rotation, movement patterns, and tissue response to see what your body actually needs. Sometimes it’s not about forcing flexibility, it’s about finding restriction, creating space, and helping the body move the way it was designed to.

A little pressure, a little stretch, and a lot of information from the hamstrings and hips tells me where we need to go next. 🔍

Another amazing weekend with Strength By Stretch at the Fury Fit Games💪🔥

We had the opportunity to help athletes and attendees both pre and post workout with fascia stretch therapy to improve mobility, recovery, and performance throughout the event. From getting bodies ready to compete to helping everyone recover after pushing their limits, the energy all day was incredible 🙌
