Hillcrest Care Center and Assisted Living is a community owned skilled nursing facility and we offer assisted living. On our nursing home side the skilled services that are offered are physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy all on-site. So you can recuperate from illness, injury, or a surgery with our professional, caring staff. Discharge planning is made easy with the help of
social services also on site. Our residents enjoy delicious healthy, balanced meals prepared by our dietary staff under the direction of our registered dietician. Activities are offered for a variety of interests. Exercises, bingo, happy hour (monitored by your Physician and our Nursing Staff), games, and when we are able to gatherings (Covid has made this a little challenge) and church services (live or through Facebook). We do offer a video chat service for family and friends to be able to chat live with their loved ones. We are connected with Senior Solutions as well and they provide the transportation to that at no additional cost to you ( Medicare A and some supplements cover the cost). Just ask for details. We offer private or semi private rooms that include Wifi, cable TV in the price. Those with Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia are treated with the same dignity and are in a safe environment. Palliative are is provided by in house staff or through PMC hospice, or Asera care Hospice to make the end of life as compassionate and comfortable as possible. We do have our own Chaplain at Hillcrest Care Center as well. Hillcrest Care Center Assisted Living Apartments provide medication assistance, laundry, cleaning with supervised care as needed 24 hours a day all while promoting assistance with activities, meals, bathing, housekeeping and laundry services. Transportation Services provide our residents with a safe, reliable way to get to Dr Appointments.
