Funny how the things you love can turn into something so much bigger. ✨

What started as me simply loving travel, bringing women together, and creating meaningful experiences has grown into something I never really expected.

Now, not only am I creating retreats, I’m teaching other women how to take an idea, turn it into an experience, and actually make money doing it.

And I’m really enjoying this chapter. 💜

I used to think the goal was to be invited to tables like this.
Now I know the goal is to own the pen.

As women in healthcare, we’re taught how to show up in systems…
not how to step outside of them.

But your expertise?
It was never meant to stay confined to a clinic or a hospital.

This moment, signing with DC News Now, is a win, yes.
But more than that, it’s what happens when you stop waiting and start moving differently.

The clinic will always be there.
But the impact you can make when you use your voice in a bigger way?

That’s where things really shift.

I’ve been helping more women in healthcare step into that lately…
and a lot of you are closer than you think.

You don’t get here by thinking about it.
You get here by deciding and moving.

At some point, you have to stop saying “I want more”…
and start asking,
“What am I actually doing differently to create it?”

Because more income, more impact, more freedom
doesn’t come from doing the same things in a different mood.

It comes from:
new strategy.
new rooms.
new standards.

If you’re still trying to figure it out alone…
still waiting for the “right time”…
still telling yourself you’ll start when things “slow down”…

that’s the gap.

And that gap is costing you more than you realize
time, money, energy… and momentum.

I didn’t get here by accident.
I got here by moving differently.

How many of us are off today… but still tired?

Not sleepy tired.
The kind of tired that comes from carrying too much for too long.

This season isn’t about doing more.
It’s about listening to what my body has been asking for.

Rest is not laziness.
Boundaries are not selfish.
And I don’t need permission to choose myself.
