We just saw what happened when we added the right support to the foot…

Now here’s the real question:

👉 What happens when you go back to your everyday life?

Because it’s not just about what happens on the table or during an assessment.

PART 6: What Happens When You Fix the Foundation 👇

Up to this point, we’ve identified:
✔️ Alignment issues
✔️ Movement restrictions
✔️ Balance differences
✔️ What was happening during walking

Now here’s what happens when we add the right support.

All we did was make a small adjustment to the foot—
👉 adding targeted support (posting) inside the orthotic

And then we tested it.

What we started to see:

* Better muscle activation through the leg
* More even support during movement
* Improved control during exercises like squatting and balance

Because when the foot is supported correctly:
👉 The body doesn’t have to compensate as much
👉 The knee tracks better
👉 The entire chain starts working together

Sometimes it may even feel a little “different” at first…

That’s because your body is no longer relying on the same compensation patterns.

đź’ˇ The takeaway:

This wasn’t about doing more.

👉 It was about giving the body what it was missing.

And when you do that…

👉 Movement becomes more efficient
👉 Stress on the joints decreases
👉 Pain has a chance to go away

Your foot collapses… your knee pays the price 👇

This is what we found while walking.

PART 5: Why The Pain Keeps Coming Back 👇

We’ve looked at:
✔️ Alignment
✔️ Movement
✔️ Balance

Now here’s what we found when she started walking…

👉 One foot stayed strong when it hit the ground
👉 But as she pushed off… it started to collapse

That might not seem like a big deal—but it is.

Because every step you take:

* Your foot is supposed to support you
* Your knee is supposed to track properly
* Your body is supposed to move efficiently

But when that foot loses support:
👉 The knee starts to fall inward
👉 The arch starts to collapse
👉 The lower back starts taking extra stress

And over time…

That’s where the pain shows up.

💡 Here’s the key:

This isn’t about doing more exercises.

👉 It’s about giving your body the support it’s missing

In this case, we’re adding targeted support (posting) to the foot
to help restore balance and reduce stress through the entire chain.

Because when the foundation improves…

👉 Everything above it has a chance to improve too.
