📌 Claims requirement begins: September 14, 2026 (for applicable services)
Important reminder: this is not automatically a blanket requirement for every private home care agency.
Your requirements depend on:
✅ The services your agency provides
✅ The payer programs you participate in
✅ DCH requirements specific to your agency type
Before making changes to your operations, confirm what applies to your agency.
