My son's club basketball coach sent out this quote and it immediately made me think about consultant pharmacists.
So much of what we do is made up of the small things . . .
One recommendation.
One follow-up.
One medication change.
One conversation with a nurse.
One trend caught before it becomes a bigger problem.
Individually, they can feel small. Collectively? That’s clinical impact.
