Hi wonderfuls. Happy August! It's my birthday month - thus you get this lovely image of rainbow cuteness cupcakes.

I've been kinda MIA lately on social media. Summer kicks my ass. I hate it. It makes me moody and zaps me of creativity which makes me stressed which just makes it worse.

I'm counting down the days until October (and crossing my fingers that September will be cool but in Oklahoma that's a toss up).

Anyway - I wanted to catch up and say hi. I haven't said hi in forever.

Aside from the Summer SAD situation and the being creatively drained situation I have been reading so many books. So. Many. I read 31 books in July. I felt a little guilty because half my brain was saying WORK and the other half was under the blankets, with the AC on, and finishing 'one more chapter'. 🤭

I hope this month brings you good things, calm things, joyful things.
