You must have a crazy healthy breakfast idea!

Not really. Breakfast (meal 1) is all about rehydration and fuel/energy. There's nothing wrong with a hearty, cholesterol filled, redneck breakfast.

It gets a little iffy when you start throwing in biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and waffles, but the key is energy.

I prioritize fat, protein, and carbs. Not one, not two... all 3 macros.

This is also when I take my vitamins, minerals, and fish oil. All the essential nutrients EARLY.

If it doesn't make you feel good and give you energy, then what is the point of food?

My ideals and theories in supplement formulation and creating a "family of synergistic products" might not align with buying trends in the industry.

Can I succeed while not prioritizing what the average consumer thinks they need?

Will the consumer base shift and realize that cheap Amazon products aren't the answer, but neither are loaded, all-in-one products?

Luckily, I cannot afford to just launch every product in my brain right now. I'll need to slowly build success. Can I do it?
