🌿 Throwback Thursday: Allergy Season Edition 🤧

Allergy season is back… so we’re bringing back one of our favorite videos from last year featuring my two favorite helpers 💛

If your kids are dealing with sneezing, itchy eyes, or congestion, a few simple habits can make a big difference:

✨ Wash hands & face after being outside
✨ Rinse off (or shower) before bed to remove pollen
✨ Use allergy-proof covers on pillows & mattresses
✨ Stay consistent with medications like
• Pataday for itchy eyes
• Flonase for congestion
• A daily antihistamine to keep symptoms under control

Small changes = big relief 🙌
