There's so many scams out there. People just using AI to create workout plans without getting to know what people need.

If your coach doesn't take the time to get to know you, understand what equipment you have, understand your past injuries, your mobility, and build a plan custom for you, you've wasted a lot of money on something that you could get for free off the Internet.

But coaching is so much different because you have to understand what makes people tick, what their motivations are, how to keep them going, how to move them along.

The barrier to enter the coaching space is so low. It kind of makes you sick.

Long days.
Short fuse.
No energy left at home.

Brandon thought exhaustion was the price of providing.
It was really the cost of poor systems.

When nutrition and training got structured, his mood changed.
His body changed.
His marriage changed.

Success at home finally outranked success at work.

Who doesn't like McDonald's fries?

In fact it's one of the things that derail so many people's diets

Let me show you this way to have the McDonald's taste with more than half the calories.

I've always hated the word "cheat day".

Cheat day implies that you're doing something wrong. There's nothing wrong with eating pizza.

Yeah sometimes I eat a whole damn little Caesars to myself.

That's okay. I love my life. I'm pretty damn fit.

If you eat pretty damn good most of the time, you're going to figure this stuff out and a day of pizza isn't going to matter.

There's so much food out there that you should be enjoying and not stressed out about your diet all the time.

What would life be like if you never stopped working towards your goals?

Getting in shape is not that hard. Here are the five things you need to do.

It's not rocket science. Know about what you should eat to maintain and eat a little bit less.

Try to eat a good chunk of protein but don't overthink it.

Strength train three to five times a week.

Make sure you're walking. Added bonus: walk with somebody that you care about.

And last make sure you give me a follow.

I didn't realize it at the time but I started running self-improvement communities back when I was a staff sergeant in the army.

It started with me wanting to manage my squad to make us all better people, better human beings. It was centered around running and fitness. I wanted good scores. I wanted soldiers that could do a good job.

Starting that group cemented me as a leader but it also assisted the soldiers in changing their lives and getting great results outside of fitness.

READ CAPTION:

Let’s give a huge shoutout to Ryan—a man who has redefined what it means to transform, both physically and mentally. 💪🔥

Ryan’s story is one of relentless curiosity, perseverance, and refusing to settle for mediocrity. After joining the military straight out of high school, fitness became a way of life—a "condition of employment," as he puts it. From his early days of deployments where the routine was eat, sleep, work, and lift, Ryan found a passion for health and fitness. But like many of us, he got stuck in the cycle of shiny object syndrome—jumping from program to program, chasing results but never quite landing on what worked for him. 🌀

When Ryan hit his forties, he made a decision that would change everything: he wasn’t going to conform to the dad bod stereotype. Society’s expectations weren’t going to dictate his future. He decided his forties would be better than his thirties, and he committed to making it happen. 💯

But it wasn’t an easy road. From grueling hours training for marathons and triathlons to trying to outrun his fork, Ryan learned the hard way that effort without the right strategy won’t get you the results you want. It wasn’t until he invested in a coach and dialed in his nutrition that things finally clicked. Within six months, Ryan achieved the body he had always wanted. The light bulbs went off, and he realized: fitness isn’t just about working harder—it’s about working smarter.

Now, Ryan is in control of his health, his mindset, and his year. He’s learned to approach his fitness journey with intention and balance, breaking his year into seasons to stay lean and strong without burning out. His transformation isn’t just about looking great—it’s about building a lifestyle that he can sustain.

Ryan, your story is a testament to the power of persistence and the value of investing in yourself. Your journey inspires everyone around you, and we’re so proud to have you in this brotherhood. Keep crushing it, keep leading, and keep showing what’s possible when you commit to leveling up. 🚀
