Well I have not updated everyone in quite awhile of the happenings of Moccasin Mountain Health Clinic!
Social media got away from me but it is time to catch up!
We have been so thankful to the patients trusting us with their care and health. Our team has been working hard to serve our patients needs the best we can. We have added an RN, chronic care management which has reduced Er visits and functional decline, brought in more services with affordable labs, better diagnostic tests, and so much more.
We continue to grow and because of that we will be planning to add another provider this Fall! If you know good providers who would fit our mission of helping others, then have them connect with us!
The VA will be moving out which is wonderful for them to have a new building and a blessing for us so we can get in and update that side which is much needed. So we will be expanding! We also have a few opportunities in the works that benefit patients! More details soon !
