The micro cosmic orbit is a simple, powerful & fundamental technique to have in your arsenal. 1) it ensures your energy flows smoothly. 2) its great for building connection. 3) it helps you feel more than you normally do. For instance...the seggs isn't seggsin...start doing the breath and imagine the flow including the 2 of you. I bet it feels better within 30s...I dont care what they're doing 🤣 smh. This was a game changer for me!
