Celebrating 89 Wonderful Years! 🎂

Heritage Hospice was honored to help Jim celebrate his 89th birthday on Friday! His Heritage Hospice team, including Case Manager Mercades, Social Worker Taylor, and Hospice Aide Pat, joined Jim’s daughter and several Celina Manor staff members for cake, balloons, laughter, and wonderful company.

At Heritage Hospice, caring for our patients means more than meeting their medical needs. It means learning what brings them joy, celebrating life’s special moments, and making every day as meaningful as possible. Our team truly loves what they do, and going above and beyond for our patients and their families is at the heart of hospice care. 💙
