Our Radiology team didn’t hesitate when Memorial Care in Lincoln called with a case that needed expedited imaging. That collaboration led to quicker answers for a 9-year-old patient experiencing extreme pain. Read what happened below.

Update! Our new lobby hours are 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The lobby is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. When the lobby is closed, entrance to the hospital is through the Emergency Department doors.

Congrats to Hannah Freer, RN, in the Emergency Department, on being named Colleague of the Month. Hannah steps in when her team needs her most, often picking up extra shifts on short notice while continuing to give patients the kindness, respect and attention they deserve. "Her compassion and work ethic make a meaningful difference in the experience of both patients and staff,” wrote her nominator.

We enjoyed partnering with our Memorial Behavioral Health colleagues to host a table at the seventh annual Hunt For Foundation Juneteenth Celebration on June 19 at Latham Park. We were able to share local mental health resources, including 988, the Illinois Warm Line, Mobile Crisis Response and other related services.
