Facts about mental health💕

🧠 Your brain changes with your habits.
Positive routines like sleep, movement, and connection literally rewire your brain over time.

💬 Talking helps more than you think.
Sharing what you’re feeling can reduce stress and improve mental clarity—even if nothing “gets fixed.”

😴 Sleep = mental health.
Poor sleep can increase anxiety and depression symptoms, while good sleep strengthens emotional regulation.

🤝 Connection is protective.
Having just one safe, supportive person in your life can significantly improve mental health outcomes.

🌿 Nature is medicine.
Spending time outside (even 10–15 minutes) can lower stress, boost mood, and improve focus.

💭 Thoughts aren’t facts.
Just because you think something doesn’t make it true—learning to challenge thoughts is a powerful tool.

❤️‍🩹 Healing isn’t linear.
Progress can look like steps forward, backward, and sideways—and it still counts.
