Literally the first and only time I attempted to use AI to calculate a client’s basal metabolic rate, it got it WRONG! I double checked the formula and was completely annoyed at the mistake in basic math. I wrote “did you realized you calculated that incorrectly?”…”oh my mistake, you’re right, this is the correct total”. 😤Please understand that AI is not what many people think it is. I’m proud of the fact that I run my business AI free. If you are interested in CORRECT, customized nutrition and fitness support, consider hiring an actual person! (Like me!)
