Grief doesn’t follow a calendar—but support remains steady.

As we move through June, we continue gathering in Littleton for our weekly grief support group for those impacted by loss due to addiction, su***de, or violence.

Facilitated by peers with lived experience and, at times, a licensed therapist, this open group centers compassion, connection, and healing.

We offer a place to be heard, remembered, and supported.

You don’t have to carry this alone.

All who meet the criteria are welcome.

May June bring moments of peace, renewed strength, and gentle reminders that healing happens one day at a time.

Welcome to a brand new month and the halfway point of the year. As we step into June, remember to be kind to yourself. You don't have to have everything figured out, and you don't need to be further along than you are right now. Take a moment to appreciate how much you've carried, learned, and overcome these past five months. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small it may seem, and give yourself the same grace and compassion you so freely offer others. Here's to a month of growth, fresh beginnings, and treating ourselves with a little more patience and love.

In honor of Jason Rattie- Gone too soon, remembered always.

Jason (41), was tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident while crossing a street in downtown Denver on May 18, 2025.

Jason was a gifted and self-taught musician.

His path was not without challenges. Immersed in the music industry, he battled substance abuse for many years. Despite the struggle, he never lost his passion or his compassion for music and for helping others facing similar challenges. Eventually, through his indomitable spirit, determination and resilience, with help from many in the recovery and healing profession, Jason overcame his addiction and rebuilt his life.

Beyond his work, Jason dedicated himself to helping others facing similar struggles with addiction. His commitment to service and his deep empathy left a lasting impact on countless lives. Friends describe Jason as one of the most compassionate and caring people they’ve ever known—an individual who loved deeply, gave freely, and never stopped believing in redemption.

Jason was a man of quiet spirituality, grounded in his belief in the beauty of life and the power of second chances.
