At the Hornbuckle Foundation, we are continually reminded that lasting change is made possible by people who choose to show up, not just once, but consistently.

Today, we’d like to recognize and thank Cindi & Sam Jack for their ongoing generosity and unwavering support of our mission. As recurring donors, Cindi and Sam’s contributions help us provide hope, resources, and opportunities to individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder every single month.

While many see the success stories, it’s supporters like Cindi & Sam who help make those stories possible. Their commitment allows us to continue reaching those who need us most and reminds us that recovery is truly a community effort.

Thank you, Cindy & Sam, for believing in our work, investing in our mission, and helping us change lives. We are incredibly grateful for your partnership and your heart for this community.

💙 Please join us in thanking Cindi & Sam Jack for their continued support of the Hornbuckle Foundation.

Grief doesn’t follow a calendar—but support remains steady.
As we move through June, we continue gathering in Littleton for our weekly grief support group for those impacted by loss due to addiction, su***de, or violence.
Facilitated by peers with lived experience and, at times, a licensed therapist, this open group centers compassion, connection, and healing.
We offer a place to be heard, remembered, and supported.
You don’t have to carry this alone.
All who meet the criteria are welcome.
May June bring moments of peace, renewed strength, and gentle reminders that healing happens one day at a time.

🎶 Tell Me Something Good 🎶
We have so much to be grateful for, but the noise of the woes of the world is loud.
I took this picture last night and reminded myself that whenever I feel overwhelmed, to LOOK UP.

LOOK at the beauty that surrounds us. The Earth is a gift. Water calms the brain; sunsets bring us relief.. the exhale of our connected souls.

A sunset gives us permission to reflect, absorb goodness, and end our day with beauty.

Can you tell us something good?
