A few months ago I sprained my wrist, since I do not give it the chance to completely heal it flares up every once in a while. Doing a little morning therapy before a big day of massaging horses in the summer heat. 💚

Never did I ever think I would be sharing pictures of my feet on social media, but here we are! 😂🤣

My dogs have one of those elevated dog beds, and apparently it decided it wanted my cute cow print socks! 🐄🧦 One minute I was minding my own business, and the next that bed jumped out and bit my toe! 😳

Honestly, I thought I was just being a baby about how much it hurt... until a few hours later when I noticed some swelling. I finally took my sock off to investigate and was SHOCKED at what I found! Day 1 was definitely not pretty.
