Today’s Dinner at Chisolm Trail Nursing & Rehabilitation Center!

A delicious dinner made with care! Our residents enjoyed a fresh chef-style salad with ham, cheese, eggs, and fresh veggies, served with crackers and a warm bowl of soup, along with a refreshing drink and water to finish.

Social Hour at Chisolm Trail!

Our residents had a wonderful time enjoying Social Hour, filled with laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of fun! Everyone enjoyed playing bingo and treating themselves to some sweet, fluffy cotton candy.

It’s always a joy to see our residents smiling, connecting with one another, and making special memories together. These moments remind us how important social engagement and meaningful activities are to our residents’ overall well-being! 🥰

🌟 From Wheelchair to Walking Back Home! 🌟

Today, we’re celebrating an incredible therapy success story at Chisolm Trail Nursing & Rehabilitation Center!

At 84 years young, Patsy came to our facility on July 17, 2026, relying on a wheelchair for mobility. Through her determination, hard work, and the dedication of our amazing therapy and clinical teams, she made remarkable progress toward regaining her strength, balance, and independence.

Her hard work paid off! Patsy progressed from wheelchair mobility to safely walking with a walker, achieving her goal of returning home to live with her husband on October 11, 2026!

Patsy’s journey is a beautiful reminder that with the right support, encouragement, and determination, amazing things are possible!

Please join us in congratulating Patsy on this wonderful accomplishment! 🎉 We wish her and her husband all the happiness as they begin this next chapter together.

At Chisolm Trail, therapy is about more than rehabilitation — it’s about helping our residents regain confidence, independence, and the ability to return home.
