Take time for yourself this summer and join us for a six-week Vinyasa Flow Yoga series with certified 200 RYT instructor Gloria Permison of Condor Spirit Yoga.
This all-levels class combines breath and movement in a flowing sequence designed to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed and energized. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have years of experience, modifications will be offered to meet you where you are in your practice.
