Congrats Lauren on this well deserved spotlight!
We’re closing our spOTlight on OTs series with someone who represents the future of occupational therapy leadership in the Veterans’ care ecosystem: Lauren Griffin, OTR/L.
Originally from Kentucky, Lauren brings a uniquely diverse clinical background spanning inpatient spinal cord injury rehabilitation, outpatient hand therapy, and acute care. That breadth gives her a rare, 360‑degree understanding of functional mobility and the real‑world challenges Veterans face across every stage of recovery.
About a year ago, Lauren made a bold transition from bedside practice into her role as a Clinical Liaison with Pisces Healthcare - and she’s quickly become a rising voice in how innovative mobility solutions reach the clinicians and Veterans who need them most. Her ability to translate frontline clinical insight into smarter, safer, dignity‑centered solutions makes her an invaluable partner as we introduce the RAYMEX Lift to the US VA and State Veterans Homes.
Lauren brings both clinical depth and forward‑looking energy - the kind of leadership that accelerates meaningful change in Veteran care.
Outside of work, Lauren and her husband are preparing to welcome their first child in August. When she’s not supporting clinicians and facilities, she’s exploring new places, trying new foods, and spending time outdoors.
We’re proud to feature Lauren as the final spOTlight in our series - and even prouder to work alongside her as she helps shape the next era of mobility and independence for Veterans. THANK YOU, Lauren, for all you do for our Veterans!
