June is !

According to Mental Health America nearly 20% of American adult men - that’s around 24.6 million people - experienced a mental health condition over the last year. And yet, many men resist seeking treatment because of stigma.

In 2025, they found that men who took a mental health test on MHA Screening were two times less likely than women to ask for help. This Men’s Mental Health Month, we’re here to remind men that asking for help isn’t a weakness; it takes incredible strength.

We all have mental health. Check in with yours today at mhascreening.org.
If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org.

The month of June welcomes Pride Month in the United States. The celebration of Pride symbolizes the recognition, inclusion, and vitality of LGBTQIA+ individuals. The Mental Health, Addiction and Recovery Services Board of Lorain County supports access to services for all community members and understands the impact that support, inclusion, and empathy can have.
As always, The Trevor Project remains committed to our mission of ending su***de among LGBTQ+ young people, and we will continue working toward a world where all LGBTQ+ young people see a bright future for themselves.
