🔬 **WHAT REALLY HAPPENS DURING A BREAST BIOPSY? 🧬**

👀 **What can a tiny tissue sample reveal about a breast lump?**

The answer lies beneath the surface!

🩺 **Here's how a breast biopsy works:**

🔹 **STEP 1: Imaging the Area**
Doctors may use ultrasound, mammography, or other imaging techniques to locate the area that needs further investigation.

🔹 **STEP 2: Collecting a Tiny Sample**
A healthcare professional may use a specialized needle to collect a small tissue sample from the area of concern.

🔹 **STEP 3: Examining the Tissue**
The sample is sent to a pathology laboratory, where a pathologist examines the tissue under a microscope.

🔹 **STEP 4: Understanding the Results**
The microscopic findings help determine whether the tissue changes are benign or malignant. Results are interpreted alongside imaging and clinical information.

💡 **DID YOU KNOW?**
A breast lump does NOT automatically mean cancer. Many breast lumps are benign, and a biopsy is one way doctors investigate an uncertain finding.

❤️ **Knowledge can replace fear with understanding.** If you notice a new breast lump or another unusual breast change, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
