These blocks were made by hand by my guy …..originally built for handstands, but I use them for jump backs and jump throughs to find that lift and that connection.
For the practitioners who know…..jump back, jump through is not just a transition. It’s a zone. A flow …. Vinyasa mindset. It’s an approach to life.
Now…. i’m gonna be real…
It’s been one hell of a season. And I felt every bit of it in my practice…..jump backs felt like I had an elephant sitting on me. Heavy. Grounded in the wrong way.
But today? Lightest I’ve felt in a while.
Also didn’t hurt that I got this rad cork mat,
to fly on!
