The Phoenix Path Collective Every transformation begins with a breakdown.

I teach people how to move through that fire instead of resisting it, using my Phoenix Path Collective framework and APP to guide them from awareness to full rebirth.

WHAT IF HEALING LOOKED LIKE SHAKING YOUR ASS?! šŸ™ŒšŸ‘šŸ”„

Meet one of my very first HOLLYWOOD guests, SHAWNA MOX!!! šŸŽ¬ā¤ļø Shawna Mox | Music & Movement

And listen, when I tell you we’re going to have some BIG conversations on this show, I MEAN IT!!!

Because Shawna is bringing THE BOOTYVERSE!!!

We’re talking B***y Church, twerking, dancing, and a whole lot of JOY!!! šŸ˜‚

But here’s where I want you to lean in.

Because underneath all that joy and laughter is some seriously POTENT MEDICINE.

Shawna has a powerful story, and her work goes so much deeper than dancing.

Movement has been used for generations across cultures as a form of expression, ceremony, connection, and healing.

And from a somatic healing perspective, our experiences can show up as tension, protective patterns, and disconnection in our bodies. Movement, especially through the hips and pelvis, can help us reconnect with our bodies, express emotions, and rediscover a sense of freedom.

THIS is where the FUN meets the MEDICINE!!! šŸ”„

Because healing doesn’t always have to look like sitting in a room talking about everything that hurt us.

Sometimes it’s laughter. Sometimes it’s movement. Sometimes it’s reclaiming parts of ourselves we’ve spent years hiding.

And sometimes it’s giving ourselves permission to feel completely FREE in our own bodies!!! ā¤ļø

THIS is why I created Stop Pretending You’re Fine. To amplify powerful stories, introduce different paths to healing, and create ripples that become WAVES of transformation.

8 DAYS UNTIL HOLLYWOOD!!! šŸŽ¬šŸ”„

Help me welcome Shawna and check out The B***yverse! ā¤ļø

I don’t just want to create a television show.

I want to create RIPPLES. šŸ’§

Ripples that become waves. 🌊

Waves that become freaking TSUNAMIS of healing!!! 🌊🩵🌊🩵🌊🩵🌊🩵🌊

Because I believe we’re living in an extraordinary time. A time when we’re being invited to create a different kind of world, even when everything around us feels chaotic and uncertain.

And I believe the people who are going to help us create that world are already here.

They’re the healers. The teachers. The entrepreneurs. The storytellers. The people who’ve walked through hell and come back carrying something that could help somebody else find their way.

They have stories to tell, wisdom to share, businesses and missions to grow, and voices that deserve to be heard.

I want Stop Pretending You’re Fine to be a place where those voices are amplified.

Where we can talk openly about God, spirituality, healing, and the things that make us human.

Where people watching from their living rooms discover new possibilities for their own lives.

Where one person’s courage to share their story becomes somebody else’s reason to keep going.

And where the women who sit across from me don’t just leave with a television interview. They leave knowing their voices belong on stages everywhere.

THAT is the world I want to help create.

And I cannot believe I get to be part of bringing it to life on national television.

9 DAYS UNTIL HOLLYWOOD!!! šŸŽ¬šŸ”„ā¤ļø

If you believe our stories have the power to change lives, I would LOVE for you to follow along. Because we’re just getting started.

I HAVE BEEN KEEPING THE BIGGEST FREAKING SECRET!!! šŸ˜šŸ”„šŸŽ¬

I HAVE MY OWN NATIONAL TELEVISION TALK SHOW!!!!

And in just TEN DAYS, I’m heading to HOLLYWOOD to film my very first guest interviews for Stop Pretending You’re Fine with Krista Rooney!!!

I seriously don’t even know how to put into words what this means to me.

If you’ve followed me for a while, you know my life hasn’t exactly been a straight line to this moment. I’ve walked through some really dark seasons. I’ve had to rebuild myself more times than I can count. And I’ve spent years helping other people find their way back to themselves.

One thing I’ve learned through all of it?

Just because somebody looks like they have it all together doesn’t mean they do.

We have gotten so good at saying ā€œI’m fineā€ when we’re anything but.

And I want to change that.

I want to create a space where we can have REAL conversations about the things that shape us, break us open, change us, and ultimately help us become who we’re meant to be.

A place where incredible people can share not just what they’ve survived, but what they’ve created because of it.

And now I get to bring those conversations to NATIONAL TELEVISION!!!

I am equal parts excited, terrified, grateful, and wondering how the hell this is actually my life right now. šŸ˜‚ā¤ļø

Over the next ten days, I’m taking you behind the scenes as we get ready for Hollywood. The guests, the preparations, the chaos, the excitement, ALL OF IT!

And trust me, with us moving into a new house in the middle of this countdown, there’s going to be plenty of chaos. šŸ˜‚

FOLLOW ALONG if you’re ready for real conversations, incredible stories, and a whole lot of freaking magic.

WE’RE GOING TO HOLLYWOOD!!!! šŸŽ¬šŸ”„ā¤ļø

There’s a kind of heartbreak that doesn’t come from what happened to you. It comes from who wasn’t there when it happened.

And I think that’s one of the hardest things to talk about.

Because sometimes the people you would have dropped EVERYTHING for are the same people who couldn’t even send a text to ask if you were okay.

And that s**t hurts.

Especially when you’ve spent so much of your life being the strong one. The dependable one. The one who shows up, figures it out, holds everyone together, and somehow always finds a way to make room for someone else’s problems, even when your own world is falling apart.

I’ve been there. More times than I’d like to admit.

And for a long time, I made excuses for people. Maybe they didn’t know how bad things were. Maybe they were dealing with their own stuff. Maybe I expected too much.

And sometimes those things are true.

But I’ve also learned that understanding someone’s absence doesn’t mean pretending it didn’t hurt.

Here’s where the real work comes in, though.

You have to be careful not to let that disappointment turn you into someone you don’t want to become.

Because it’s easy to build walls. To stop trusting. To decide you’re never going to show up for anyone again because nobody showed up for you.

But I don’t want to live like that.

I still want to be the person who loves deeply, shows up wholeheartedly, and gives a damn about the people in my life.

I’m just learning to be a whole lot more intentional about where that energy goes.

I can love people without abandoning myself to prove it.

And I can accept that some relationships weren’t nearly as mutual as I believed they were, without making anyone the villain.

Sometimes the silence tells you something you really didn’t want to know.

And sometimes that knowledge is exactly what you need to start choosing differently.

If you’ve ever had to grieve not just what happened to you, but who disappeared while you were going through it, I see you.

And I hope you never let someone else’s inability to show up convince you that you’re not worth showing up for. ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„

Most people think they're stuck because they need more motivation.

But sometimes the problem isn't motivation at all.

Sometimes your nervous system has been carrying stress, overwhelm, and survival patterns for so long that moving forward no longer feels safe.

Healing isn't about pushing harder.

It's about creating the internal safety that allows change to happen.

Explore guided meditations, nervous system healing tools, and transformational resources inside The Phoenix Path Collective.
