What do your donations support?
• Traditional trauma-sensitive yoga instruction for students and teacher trainees by experienced, dedicated teachers who have trained with experts around the world, including India for over 30 years.
• Yoga East is a school (shala) and a place of spiritual retreat (ashram), not a gym or workout facility.
• Yoga East shares the benefits of yoga with adults 18-88 of any: race, ethnicity, religious background, gender identification, level of experience or physical ability.
• We offer yoga classes in-person, livestream and replays.
• Not able to afford class fees? Contact us to request a scholarship.

Yoga East is a shala (a traditional school of yoga) and an ashram (a place of spiritual retreat). We are dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga with our Greater Louisville Community. If you can't afford yoga classes, you can request a scholarship at [email protected].
Please consider becoming a financial supporter of Yoga East by donating during on Thursday, Sept 10. The extended donation window this year is Sept 7-11, but Sept 10 is the major giving day when fundraising prizes can be awarded to donations made between 12:00am and 11:59pm that day.
Your support will help us continue to cultivate happiness and health for our Greater Louisville Community, whether we meet at the shala or offsite. Thank you for your awareness.
