As a Sales Representative with Cassling, representing Siemens Healthineers' Surgical Portfolio throughout Kentucky and Southern Illinois, Danyyil is passionate about advancing healthcare through innovation. Much of Danyyil's work focuses on the lung cancer space, collaborating with healthcare providers and Intuitive Surgical to expand access to robotic bronchoscopy and cutting-edge imaging technologies that support earlier diagnosis and treatment.

Danyyil's dedication to improving patient outcomes, supporting clinicians, and increasing access to life-saving care makes Danyyil a valuable addition to our leadership team. We’re excited to welcome Dr. Aaron Kuzel, D.O., M.B.A., FACEP, FAAEM to our panel!
Dr. Kuzel is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and serves as Director of Observation Medicine and Associate EMS Fellowship Director. His career spans emergency medicine, EMS leadership, disaster response, and healthcare operations.
With advanced training in Emergency Medical Services and Hospital Administration, Dr. Kuzel is deeply involved in both clinical care and system-level innovation. He also serves as Medical Director for multiple EMS agencies across Kentucky and is actively engaged in FEMA Urban Search & Rescue (KY-TF1).
Before medicine, Dr. Kuzel worked with the FBI’s Terrorist Explosive Device Analytical Center (TEDAC)—bringing a unique background in forensic science and tactical response.
A nationally recognized leader, he has earned honors such as EMRA National Chief Resident of the Year and continues to shape the future of emergency medicine through education, advocacy, and international collaboration.

Currently serving as System Director of Respiratory Care at UofL Health, Kyle has a proven track record of driving quality improvement, enhancing patient care, and leading high-performing teams across complex healthcare systems. From identifying millions in operational improvements to launching impactful patient education programs, his leadership continues to elevate respiratory care across the region.
But Kyle’s impact doesn’t stop there. He is also:

He is also the Medical Director of Pediatric Respiratory Therapy at Norton Children’s Hospital, where he plays a key role in advancing care for children with complex respiratory conditions.
With specialized expertise in pediatric asthma, cystic fibrosis, and respiratory disease, Dr. Bickel is deeply involved in clinical care, research, and education 📚. He’s a nationally recognized speaker and has received numerous awards for his excellence in teaching and patient care 🏆.
