Today was eye opening —

As an OT, I spend my days pouring into others—helping bodies regulate, emotions find balance, and skills grow.

Today’s reminder: I have to pour into my own child too.
Not perfectly. Not constantly.
But intentionally—so he has the tools to regulate his body, name his feelings, and feel safe in them.

The work doesn’t stop at the clinic… it starts at home.

So grateful for 5 months of play, progress, and partnership. Early Bloom is full of tiny victories—and each one fills my heart. Thankful for the kids who work so hard, the families who trust me, and the joy this work brings every day.
