The QHHT experience I had with Sophia Maria was phenomenal and revolutionary for me. I am so grateful for her time, her expertise on the matter of quantum healing hypnosis technique, and her kind and gentle way of speaking to me throughout the session. She was soft and inviting, creating a safe space where I felt supported and comfortable to share some of my deepest thoughts, feelings, and memories. She was so inquisitive about my past and had some very insightful questions for me that lead to deeper understandings around my past, present and future. I felt like I was truly seen and held by her, and that she fully understood me and where I was coming from. She made me feel like I was talking to an old friend or family member and that made me feel right at home. My experience was emotional and a little intense in some places during the hypnosis, but I felt so safe to go deeper into those feelings and I’m so grateful for the way she was able to hold all of the emotion and to keep that safe container for me to feel the depths of that emotion. She was thoughtful, generous with her time, and genuinely authentic around her practice and her methods. This experience was life changing for me and I would highly recommend Sophia Maria to anyone that is curious about QHHT.
