Back to that quick fix I've been talking about 😘

The truth is, healing takes time. There isn't a supplement, protocol, or magic solution that can do the work for you. But the right support can help guide you toward lasting change.

In this week's episode, Dr. Theresa Osmer and I talk about root-cause healing, fertility, metabolic health, supplementation, and why true healing is about so much more than covering up symptoms.

🎙️ Ep. 27: Beyond Band-Aids: Root Cause Healing, Fertility & Metabolic Health is now live on Spotify, Apple, YouTube, and Patreon.

My friend is looking to have me teach a tween period workshop for her daughter but we need a few more girls to attend. The goal is 6-8 girls to split the cost of $600. We currently have 2 and it would most likely be in Alto. They will also get a workbook and build their own period pack. If you have any friends or family members could you please share this so we can get these girls the info they need to be more body literate and confident with their changing body. Thank you ❤️

I get it — starting a new habit can feel hard, especially when your brain is already carrying a million other things. But tracking your BBT doesn’t have to become another overwhelming task on your to-do list.

Sometimes it’s hard to stay consistent when you don’t fully realize how valuable the information you’re collecting actually is. Your temperatures can tell a story about ovulation, stress, sleep, hormone health, and overall patterns in your cycle.

You can learn this from me or others teaching fertility awareness.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s creating small rhythms of self-care and body awareness that eventually feel natural and supportive.

Also, I’m fully supportive of rewarding yourself if you remember to take your temp for 5 days in a row 😘

Save this post for later and tell me in the comments — what habit are you currently trying to make easier for yourself?

This may be a tough pill to swallow especially if you are in survival mode but your future self will be thankful if...

You spend some time planning a few basics for your week:
• meal ideas + groceries + prepping
• movement you actually enjoy
• setting a bedtime + phone use limits
• actually feeding yourself
• working in moments of rest
• micro minutes taking time to check in with your body throughout the day or completing the stress cycle
• if you have a goal list out how to attain it.

Consistency isn’t built in the moment you feel motivated.
It’s built through small acts of preparation that make caring for yourself easier during the week. Especially if it's a busy one.

You do not need to do it perfectly.
You just need supportive systems in place.

What’s one thing you could plan ahead for this week to make caring for yourself feel easier?

I'll share mine in the comments 👇
