Free Community Yoga returning to Palmer... Starting tonight 🌸

Weekly Yoga is back at Palmer Recovery Center! 🧘‍♀️

Join us every Wednesday from 5:30–6:30 PM. No experience is needed—just come with an open mind and a willingness to move, breathe, and reconnect.

Together, we’ll explore mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle stretching designed to enhance mind-body awareness, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.

We hope to see you on the mat! 💙
