Jimmy graduated from New Deal high school in 1992. After serving 8 years in the United States Navy during Desert Storm and receiving an Honorable Discharge, he returned to his west Texas roots to marry his wife Shannon and complete his Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Lubbock Christian University. He and Shannon have raised 2 young men and are proud grandparents to twin granddaughters. Jimmy s
tarted his interest in Health and wellness supplements in 2001 when he was hired to set up and grow Vitamins Plus inside Drug Emporium. Over the next 20 years, he managed and grew several local health related businesses. During that time he nurtured and grew his relationships with local customers, partner companies and Lubbock area practitioners. Jimmy has always dreamed of opening his own store. In October of 2020 God laid it on his and Shannons heart to take a leap of faith, Hub City Organics was born! Jimmy has made it a priority to work with local physicians and health and wellness professionals to stay on top of functional research. His passion has been to greet customers will a smile, take an interest in others health and well being and support other like minded local business owners.
