I thought I’d take a moment to offer a little bio 🙂

I may be “newer” to the sound practitioner world, but I have been a receiver of sound healing for many, many years; monthly cranial sacral sessions on a sound table, a shamanic journey at a retreat, soundbaths with like-minded individuals, a monthly gong bath to help heal and restore, listening and learning about hertz, workshops on chakras, learning about vibration, reading! Lots and lots of books, books on tuning forks, meditations, I could go on. All of that lead me to a learning workshop, receiving a certificate for bowls on the body, drumming, using tuning forks and more. Years of using sound to help me. That is how my Sound journey began, as a receiver, a learner, still learning! I’ll always be a receiver of sound and its beauty, but now I’m also a giver. Any sound that I can share, helping you to achieve vibrational alignment, is a beautiful thing. Much love 🧡
