Some mornings just hit different. ❤️

Yesterday, I got to teach a class with my youngest by my side. He’s only 5 years old, but he’s growing up in the gym just like his big sister did. Watching that come full circle is something I’ll never take for granted. (Thanks to Elaine, who is the amazing owner of Snap Fitness in Luling, for sneaking this pic).

Then this morning, I walked into another class and the energy in the room was just incredible. The laughter, the encouragement, the friendships, the hard work🩷…it reminded me how blessed I am to do what I do every single day.

Truthfully, my mind is constantly racing with ways to do more, give more, provide more, and create more opportunities for each of you. Sometimes I can’t even keep up with all the ideas because I genuinely want every single person who walks through my doors to become the best version of themselves.

And that’s exactly why I’m so excited about what’s coming next…

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who sacrificed everything; including their physical bodies, strength, and lives… for the freedoms we get to live every single day. I know that strength isn’t just physical… it’s sacrifice, discipline, resilience, and heart. ❤️

I am forever grateful to those who served and those who never made it home.

Also, please note I will be out of the office for a couple hours Thursday attending a funeral, so responses may be delayed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Because of all the craziness, there are a few slight changes to today’s Pilates class start time (10:00am) along with some group workout days/times throughout the week — so be sure to check the updated schedule carefully 👀
