It’s kind of WILD what can happen in a year. 💜

This time last year, I was pushing through my Pilates certification earlier than I planned because Pilates was BOOMING and growing faster than I could keep up with.

Fast forward one year… and WOW.

Thanks to Snap Fitness for giving me the space and support to bring Pilates not only to my own clients, but into the gym world and our community. What started as adding another tool to my toolbox has turned into something so much bigger than I expected.

This summer, I had the opportunity to bring Pilates to athletes at my alma mater, working with the Hi-Steppers, as well as the middle school Cougarettes.

On the other end of the age spectrum, I’ve been hanging out with my Prime Time Seniors at the community center, bringing them chair yoga, movement, balance and strength. 💜

From Prime Time Seniors…
to everyday gym members…
to dancers…
to all athletes…

And now? 😏

🏈 FOOTBALL IS UP NEXT.

Pilates isn’t just stretching. It’s strength. Mobility. Balance. Flexibility. Injury prevention. It’s another piece of the puzzle that can help build a stronger, more durable athlete.

And getting to bring that to Hahnville Football, at the school where I was once an athlete myself? That one hits a little different. 💜💛

What an AMAZING year this has been & apparently, we’re just getting started.

Something balanced is coming. 👀🏈

📚 KIDS ARE BACK AT SCHOOL = MOM IS BACK TO A ROUTINE 🙌🏼😂

Today is officially my first day back to work with something that resembles an ACTUAL routine again. No offense to my little summer assistant… but his assisting skills were questionable at best. 🤣

And we’re starting strong! 💪🏼

Breakfast today had exactly what I needed:
🥚 Protein
🥑 Good fats
🍞 Good carbs

Balanced. Normal. Responsible. Trainer-approved. 😂

BUTTTTT… one day last week, my “breakfast” was so bizarre that even I stopped and thought, what am I doing with my life? 😳🤣

A few IMPORTANT notes 👇

🚌 MONDAY MORNING:
Tomorrow is the FIRST day back to school, and this mom has absolutely no clue what this bus situation is going to look like yet. 😂 So there will be NO 7:45 AM or 8:15 AM Snap Fitness classes tomorrow only.

After we survive Day 1 and get a game plan, those classes will be back to normal! 🙌

VIP registration opens TOMORROW! 👀🔥
Registration for everyone else opens Saturday, August 15th. September is coming, y’all.. be ready!
