A week ago, I had the privilege of teaching a chair yoga class at Renew Yoga and Bodywork- Yoga with Kileen in Barnesville!!! The space is so amazing, cozy, & inviting, & I had an absolute blast teaching there! Everyone was so kind & welcoming, & I can't wait for the chance to work with these ladies again! 🙏🏽🧘🏽‍♀️

We had such a great time last month for our first Stretch & Sip event that we decided to do it again!!! Mark your calendars! 🗓 ✍️🏽🎉 Empowering Peace Yoga & Wellness & The Ville Downtown Nutrition will collaborate again on Friday, August 28th at 6pm for an amazing evening of beginner-friendly chair yoga & delicious loaded teas!

A little prenatal yoga teacher passing of the torch 🔥 And a happy announcement that PRENATAL + POSTPARTUM YOGA officially returns NEXT SATURDAY 8/15 AT 11AM IN MACON ✨🎉🤰

Although Patience has moved away, Shan Hunt of Empowering Peace Yoga & Wellness has stepped in and all you soon-to-be + new parents are officially in very good hands 🙌 🙌 In this 60 minute class, you will be guided through mindful movement, focused breathing, and yoga poses for all trimesters including the postpartum period. Ideal for BOTH pregnant AND post partum parents alike, with doctor’s approval. (And don’t worry about finding a sitter: babies are welcome too!!)

This year seems to be flying by! With summer vacations ending, new school years beginning, & fall decor making its way into department stores, we may find ourselves wondering where the time went.

Let Empowering Peace Yoga & Wellness help you slow down this month & focus on YOU. We'll use mindfulness, breathwork, yoga poses, & meditation to help us stay present. After all, the present moment is all we truly have!

There are multiple ways to practice with Empowering Peace Yoga & Wellness this month! Virtual Beginner-friendly Chair Yoga is held every Tuesday from 7-8pm via Zoom. Empowering Peace Yoga & Wellness & The Ville Downtown Nutrition did it!!! 😁 Our very first Stretch & Sip: Chair Yoga & Loaded Teas event turned out to be a wonderful success!!! Our hearts are so full, & we're still on a grateful & joyful high after this amazing event! 🥰🤗
