Who needs the mall when you've got CHAL? Our residents spent the morning browsing "boutiques" filled with clothing, shoes, jewelry, perfume, cologne, and so many hidden treasures. There were smiles, compliments, a little friendly shopping competition, and maybe even a few fashionistas in the making!

🚗🎉 Exciting News at CHAL! 🎉🚗

We got a new car! 🙌

Don't worry.... the bus isn't going anywhere! 🚌 But for those shorter outings or for residents who may not need the bus, we wanted to add a safe, comfortable, and convenient way to get around.

Our residents deserve the very best, and we're excited to make their trips even easier—whether it's a doctor's appointment, a shopping trip, or just getting out to enjoy the community. ❤️

If you see us out and about, give us a beep and a wave! 👋🚗💙

Just don't challenge us to a race... the residents already think we're pretty cool. 😉

Apologies for the quiet winter season—hibernation mode was in full effect ❄️but now We’ve thawed out from winter and are ready for spring! The patio is open and the residents couldn’t be happier to be outside again 🌼

🎄 Introducing… Gumdrop, Our Assisted Living Elf on the Shelf! 🎄

Please join us in welcoming Gumdrop, the tiniest new member of our community! She may be only 14 inches tall, but don’t let her size fool you... she’s already claimed a spot as our unofficial “Supervisor of Cheer” (a position she gave herself, naturally).

Gumdrop will be popping up around the building all December, keeping an eye on things and reporting back to the North Pole. Rumor has it she’s especially interested in:

✨ Who’s been spreading kindness
✨ Who’s sneaking extra cookies
✨ Who keeps moving the thermostat

If you see Gumdrop around, feel free to say hello—but please don’t touch her! She’s very dramatic and insists it will “ruin her Christmas magic.”

Keep your eyes open—she’s small, mischievous, and has a surprising talent for showing up in places she definitely shouldn’t be.

Let the holiday fun begin! 🎅✨
