💙 Your voice matters. Your work makes a difference. And as an employee-owner, your success is our success!

Meet Hayley Damrow, an Intensive Special Education Teacher at Genesee Lake School, a MyPath Company.

For Hayley, employee ownership is more than a benefit. It's a mindset that connects the success of her students, her team, and the entire organization.

As we celebrate 10 years as a 100% employee-owned company, we're highlighting the voices of our employee-owners and what ownership means to them.

“The biggest difference we’ve noticed in our new home is the smiles.”

That says it all. 💙

Over the summer, Paragon Community Services, a MyPath Company, moved into a new location in Greendale. The new space is already opening doors to new opportunities for the adults we serve!

From learning to cook and exercise to creating art and developing everyday skills, the new location is helping individuals build confidence, discover new interests, and gain greater independence.

When people have the space, support, and opportunities to grow, incredible things can happen.

And after just one month, we’re already seeing the difference. One smile at a time! ☺️💙

🌿 A MyPath campus where students, staff and wildlife can thrive!

We’re proud to announce that the Genesee Lake School (GLS) campus has been recognized as a Certified Schoolyard Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation! 🦋

This certification recognizes our work to provide wildlife with food, water, shelter and places to raise their young, supported by sustainable practices that care for the environment.
This accomplishment reflects the dedication of the entire GLS team. Together, they help make our campus a safe, nurturing place for our students and staff, and the many creatures that call it home.

Our maintenance team has installed signs around campus to celebrate this recognition and share our commitment with everyone who visits.

Thank you to everyone at GLS for helping care for our campus and the life it supports! 💚

One word to describe our employee-owners? Passionate. 💙

Kitty Berkovitz is the Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator at The Richardson School, a MyPath Company.

She shares how that passion shows up every day—in the care we give, the people we support, and our commitment to helping everyone succeed.

When we invest in the individuals we serve, we’re also investing in our shared future. And when our employee owners thrive, the students and individuals we support have more opportunities to thrive, too.

This ESOP Month, we’re celebrating the passion and purpose our employee owners bring to MyPath every day.
