‘Hey look at this!’ 2 YEAR TRANSFORMATION using scans from one of our amazing clients, Laurie Z!
Laurie has been working hard for 2 years now strength training with us 2-3 times a week. She also does Pilates 2-4 hours a week and she has been very focused on her nutrition-using the to help her with her daily macros and calorie intake.
