I'm so angry that Kia does not care about their used car owners. How do you not care or be responsible for your used car owners not receiving recall notices. How am I supposed to get recall work done if I don't receive them? Then Kia takes no responsibility when something happens to your car. The engine in my Kia went due to something that was recalled and because I didn't bring it in for the recall Kia doesn't want to replace my engine. This is total bu****it!! I will use every forum, every place to review and get the word out how Kia does not care about their used car owners. Kia should still be responsible for replacing my engine, it's due to a problem they created not due to me. I keep the car maintenance up so this wasn't my fault. Kia needs to take care of their used car owners just as much as New car owners. Please share if you agree or are having the same issues. Maybe we can get Kia to take notice. Something needs to be done.
