I used to second-guess myself constantly.

Then I realized something.

When you've spent years asking everyone else what they think...

You eventually forget what YOU think.

That's not insecurity.

That's self-abandonment.

And a lot of women are calling it normal.

The women who hurt you aren't winning.

The women who abandoned themselves to be chosen aren't winning.

The women still trapped in comparison, competition, people-pleasing, and proving aren't winning.

Because the prize was never being better than someone else.

The prize was being free.

Free from needing approval.

Free from earning love.

Free from proving your worth through sacrifice.

Most women are exhausted because they've spent decades trying to be enough for everyone except themselves.

That's why no amount of self-care fixes it.

The problem isn't stress.

The problem is self-abandonment.

And until you address that, you'll keep running on empty no matter how much you accomplish.

The woman I work with aren’t weak.

They’re the strongest woman in every room.

That’s often the problem.

When you’ve been the one holding everyone else for so long, it becomes difficult to remember that you were never meant to carry the whole world alone.

If you feel like you’re running on empty just trying to survive your own life…

Book a 1:1 session with me now
I help women remember who the —- they are! You matter.

Live out loud.

Why is it so difficult to sit down?? Mom guilt

09/06/2026

Does it feel like no matter what you do, it's wrong?

If you work, you feel guilty about the kids.

If you're with the kids, you think about work.

If you rest, you think about everything you should be doing.

If you ask for help, you feel like a burden.

If you do it yourself, you feel resentful.

You keep moving, fixing, helping, carrying, proving...

And somehow it still doesn't feel like enough.

That's because the problem isn't your effort.

The problem is you've tied your worth to what you do for everyone else.

And no amount of doing will ever heal that.

That's the work.

Not becoming better.

Not becoming more productive.

Remembering you were enough before you started carrying the world.
