Join Lizzie & Lana tomorrow night as they share their passion of mindfulness with you mamas to help enhance your general wellbeing.

Lana is a certified integrated health and nutrition coach, licensed mental health therapist and a certified fitness instructor. She is also the owner of Lana Shapiro - Holistic Health and Wellness. She will be focusing on mindful eating & healthy practices.

Lizzie is a certified teacher, counselor and behavior specialist. She is also the owner of Lizzie's Little Yogis and Business Professor at Erie Community College. Her focus will be on mindful parenting & positive parenting practices.

We would love to see you all there! If you’re interested in attending, tickets can be purchased on the Lizzie’s Little Yogis Vagaro Site or by messaging us directly. We will be sure to reserve a spot for you.
