I am gone on Thursday June 11th for my son Robin's surgery! Thank you for all the well wishes I have gotten from my patients.

I am also out June 25th for a private event, and June 30th for a house closing. I do apologize for this! It was not intended to all fall within one month!

Hello all!

I am getting claims back from insurance companies telling me what they did cover, and what they did not. I'll be reaching out to people that do have some sort of balance. The only time I have available to handle these things is on the weekends. Thank you for having patience while I navigate this. I do apologize for any delay while I get this going. Please reach out with questions.

Security Health Plan received all my information then chose to deny my application. I am going to appeal this decision, of course.

I'll post a list of insurances I accept in the coming days.

An important notice for the month of June: my son is having surgery on June 11th and I will be out of the office for this. I will be gone June 25th for a private event. I am also closing on a new home and that tentative date is June 30th, although I am trying to get it moved.

When the closing date is finalized, I'll post a notice on my door to ensure everyone is aware of my absence.

Hey all!

I heard about the switch from Security from the school district. I am still moving forward with the network for their other customers so I can serve more people.

If you work with the district, I do feel for you! I am sorry you have to deal with the situations you are finding yourselves in for your health insurance. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out. While I don't have all the answers or many regarding your situation, I'll provide you with what information and knowledge I have being that I work in and deal with the health insurance field every day.

I am looking into options to make sure that, whatever insurance you do get, you will still be able to seek me out for my consistent, solid, and affordable care when you choose. I am going to check with the State Board and various organizations to see what I may be able to do for you while you all navigate this.

Hello all! Sorry for the delay, I have been very busy seeing all of you and managing my clinical paperwork! I really appreciate the consistent patient flow and being able to treat you all. Adams and the surrounding area are filled with some of the kindest people I've ever met. (Thanks for the cookies!!)

Update on Security Health Plan: after talking with the company that SHP contracts for their credentialing, I received the official application and I have a team working on this for me. The application is something I'm unable to complete on my own due to its complexity and time commitment. It should be done soon and SHP is working on getting in my network due to customer demand.

Sorry for the delay in posting. I have been INSANELY busy these last few weeks as we integrate insurance billing and find out which insurances are responding appropriately and which are having issues. I have been very swamped with new patients (thank you!) and my active patients. I really appreciate all the support and business. I am doing my best to get back to the voicemails, contact forms, and answer questions. I am very grateful for the open arms this community has been welcoming me with. I really appreciate the patience as I navigate the waters of the insurance field. I am working as quick as possible to get things operating the way they should be!

In regards to Security Health Plan, I have been waiting for contact from them regarding my submitted application. The process requires an application for the possibility of credentialing which is then reviewed and approved. After the approval, another application is allowed to be submitted for actual billing. I am waiting for this approval. Thank you and I do apologize for this delay.

I am officially in network with Medicaid! This is also known as Badgercare or Forward Health!

I am here Tuesdays 8:30 to 3:30 and Thursdays 7:30 to 5:00.

I wanted to notify everyone I just got in with the VA Community Care Program as of 11:06 AM today!

If you or a Veteran you know would like to see me, speak with your primary care provider and get a referral.

I would be more than happy to assist any vet with these questions. As a veteran myself, I want to assist those who struggle with the VA system and would love to help in any way I can.

Good morning!

I have some updates regarding insurances!

Security Health Plan has received all documentation and is having a meeting regarding incoming providers for their network on FEB 19th. This is out of my control and just how Security Health Plan admits new providers in their network. I will post another update regading this network at this time.

As of FEB 1st I will be able to take BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD insurances.

I am waiting on Medicare to correct an error in their system and awaiting confirmation on my process with Forward Health.
