Throwback Sunday.

Yes Sunday. Not exactly our normal clinic hours but that is just how it goes sometimes when you are a dad who also happens to have a Class 4 laser down the hall.

A fun adjustment session with my son turned into an unexpected treatment session after he had a little run in with the vacuum cleaner. Bumps and scrapes come with the territory at his age.

This time the laser did the heavy lifting.

Even on a Sunday. Even at home. That is just what dads do.

Leonard could not lift his arm when he first walked in.

Not above his head. Not enough to reach the cupboards. Something as simple as helping around the house had become impossible. His feet were giving him problems too. He came to Blue Mountain Wellness and we started working on both.

A few months later Dr. McKinney asked him to show what he could do now.

Leonard raised his arm overhead.

Full range of motion restored. Feet doing well. Back to reaching the cupboards and helping at home the way he wanted to.

He said it himself with a smile. It is a lot better.

That is not a dramatic before and after. That is a man getting his daily life back. The ability to do the small things that most people never think about until they cannot do them anymore.

That is what we show up for every single day.

For 15 years Alvin propped his feet on the tailgate of his truck.

Work for a while. Rest the feet. Get back down. Keep going. He had a construction business to run and neuropathy he could not even pronounce was not going to stop him. He saw four different doctors. Tried inserts, orthotics, everything. Nothing gave him a real answer.

His wife found Dr. McKinney on Facebook and told him he was going.

Two days into the program Alvin had feeling back in the bottom of his feet. Not weeks. Two days.

The thermal scanner showed it in real time. Green and blue turning warmer as blood flow returned to tissue that had been starved of circulation for over a decade. Class 4 laser increasing blood flow directly to the nerve. A rebuilder and foot soak at home getting the nerves talking to the brain again. Supplements supporting the process from the inside out.

He gave up his rhubarb crunch this spring without a second thought. Because he said he is having too much fun losing weight to care.

Now he is looking forward to dancing. To walking farther than he ever could before. To life.

Fifteen years of managing something that had a name and a solution the whole time. Two days to start feeling the difference.

The nerves were not gone. They were just waiting for the right conditions to wake up.

Your ergonomics are probably not as fine as you think they are.

I hear this every single day in my clinic. Patients tell me their setup is fine. Then I ask where their screen sits and the answer is always the same. Too low. Head tilting forward. Neck absorbing load it was never designed to carry for eight hours straight.

Tech neck is not just stiffness. Every inch your head drops forward adds roughly ten pounds of pressure on your cervical spine. Most people are working with their head two to three inches forward without realizing it. That is thirty extra pounds of sustained pressure on your neck every single day.

The fix starts at your workstation. Screen at eye level. Elbows at 90 degrees. A ten dollar monitor stand from Amazon is enough to change the entire equation. Stack books under a laptop if that is what you have. The solution does not have to be expensive.

But if you have already been working with bad ergonomics for months or years and the neck pain is already there, the curve in your cervical spine may have already started to change. That is a structural problem and fixing your desk alone will not undo it.

Get an X ray. Find out what the curve looks like. Then fix it properly.

Start with the workstation. Come see us for everything else.

Your labs say normal. Your body says otherwise.

Chronic fatigue. Brain fog. Stress that never fully resets no matter how much rest you get. You have done everything right and still something feels off.

That gap between what the test shows and what you actually feel is real. And it is one of the most common things we see in our clinic.

Standard blood panels were not designed to catch everything. There are deeper reasons the body runs down and there are therapies designed specifically to address them.

If this is your daily reality, you are not imagining it.

Are you running on empty?

Your labs came back normal. Your doctor said everything looks fine. But you still feel exhausted. The brain fog is real. The stress is not going away. And no matter what you do the tank never quite fills back up.

Normal on paper does not always mean optimal in real life.

Chronic fatigue, brain fog, and stress that will not resolve are signs your body is asking for something it is not getting. We see this every single week in our clinic and there are tools that go deeper than a standard blood panel.

If this sounds like you, you are not imagining it. And you are not alone.

Your gut was never designed to handle everything the modern world asks of it.

Processed foods, chronic stress, medications, toxins, all of it quietly compromises how well your digestive system absorbs what you put into it. Which means the vitamins and nutrients you take every day may not be reaching the cells that actually need them.

IV therapy bypasses that problem completely. Nutrients go directly into the bloodstream at full concentration. No digestive barrier. No guesswork about what actually made it through.

It is not a cure and it is not for everyone. But for people managing chronic illness, neuropathy, metabolic conditions, or simply a body that has been running on less than it needs for too long, it can be one of the most impactful tools in a care plan.

Watch to see exactly how I use it in the clinic and who it is actually right for.

Velda had dealt with low back pain for years. She was no stranger to chiropractic care either, so when we sat down and I laid out a different approach, she was skeptical.

That's fair. Most people who've tried everything have every right to be.

We put her on our Tri Core 4 Protocol. We're wrapping up phase two and she's already 75 to 80% better.
Her words when I asked if she'd recommend it to others? "Do not hesitate. Come in, make an appointment, and get the pain behind you."

That's all I needed to hear.

I'm pulling this one from the archive, this video is well over 5 years old, but the story Frank tells never gets old. I just want my viewers to know this isn't recent footage, but the results were very real.

Frank came to us after 3.5 years of neuropathy and a neurologist who told him his nerves would never recover. He was limping. Couldn't sleep through the pain. Couldn't get to the gym. Life had quietly gotten smaller.

One month into our Neuropathy Reversal Program, he stopped limping. The constant foot pain was nearly gone. He was back in the gym.

"Once I conquer that, get out of my way." That's Frank. Still fighting.

This is why I do what I do. If neuropathy has been running your life, let's talk.

You know we're getting older when your high school buddies start coming in with aches and pains.

Brandon walked in with sharp, persistent pain shooting from his neck into his shoulder. He was struggling to lift with his left arm. Golf and fishing, two things he loves, were off the table.

We did PRP. A couple of weeks later, he played 18 holes pain-free.

That's not a coincidence. That's regenerative medicine doing exactly what it's designed to do, helping your body heal itself at the source.
