(Sister Company to Samatva Wellness) Rooting Wisdom is a collaboration between myself and families to honor the natural process of birth and heal from the medical interventions you may have undergone. A newborn’s natural instinct to root and a caregivers intuitive wisdom both create a symbiotic relationship like none other.

My name is Kelly and I’m a patient advocate focusing on helping families navigate their perinatal path. I have been working in a high risk hospital with a level 3 NICU for over 5 years as a Lactation Consultant. I began working in the birth industry after practicing yoga and certifying in Los Angeles. I became a childbirth educator through Lamaze after I was certified as a birth doula. These two experiences brought me to the lactation field where I learned the special gift that is parent/baby connection.
