This weekend I completed Thai Weave Level 1 Certification!

It was an incredible rewarding weekend, also very exhausting, I won’t lie.

Thai is amazing for the body, and just over the weekend I can feeling great changes to my body. I am so excited to bring this modality to all of you. Equestrians specifically I think this will be game changing in how you feel in the saddle and improve your riding.

I still need some time to build strength and gain a good flow, but I will be offering sessions soon!

Thai Weave Level 1 Certification Loading ⏳⏳ Day 1 completed and even though it was a tiring day, it was also so incredible! I cannot wait to be implementing Thai Massage into my practice. I know its going to be so beneficially for so many equestrians (and everyone else). Huge thank you to for putting this course on! You are an incredible teacher
