I struggled with a p**n addiction for 17 years.
It's wild that an issue that the overwhelming majority of men (and many women) struggle with is still so taboo to talk about.
Like many, I got addicted before I was in middle school.
From both a personal and professional (counselor for those who don't know), I can say that many of the tactics offered to people who struggle with this addiction are not as helpful as one would hope. Fast forward in my story, and now...
I'm releasing my first book, which gives the information and tools I desperately needed on my journey. I compiled my personal and professional experience that has allowed me to be sober for 8 years.
It's been such a joy to write, and it's been amazing to see clients light up as we work through the concepts. It's incredibly humbling that so many therapists have enjoyed and recommended the book even in its early stages.
