New water alert at the Downtown Studio! 🥭💧

Mango Boxed Water has officially joined the lineup, so now you have three choices: mango, blackberry, or plain water.

And yes, they’re still free for our amazing clients. I wouldn’t do anything less. 💜

The home studio coffee bar got a serious upgrade ☕️✨

Actually… I don’t think we can call it a coffee bar anymore. 😂

Coffee, protein shakes, sparkling water and plenty of little goodies to grab while you’re here or to go.

And the best part? Everything is STILL completely free for our amazing clients. ❤️

Little details matter to me. I want the people who walk through our doors to feel welcomed, cared for and maybe just a little spoiled. 🤍

Back end work never stops 😅 Since we’ve stayed consistently busy over the summer, I’ve added more classes and availability where I can. Check out the app to see the new schedule.

A few schedule reminders:

• Cynthia is on vacation June 22–30 and will be back the 31st
• Half day June 5 and back June 10
• Next vacation starts June 19 and back July 5

You might notice a week where there are sessions but zero capacity. That is because we are trying to see if coverage will happen, but we can’t make that call yet.

Meet Brinlie 🤍

We are so excited to officially welcome Brinlie to the Synergistic Fit Life team.

Brinlie is a certified Pilates mat instructor with a passion for helping people build strength, mobility, and confidence through movement. Her classes blend traditional Pilates with elements of calisthenics to create workouts that are fun, challenging, and adaptable to meet every individual where they are.

She believes movement should feel empowering, and her goal is to create an encouraging environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and proud of the progress they are making.

Outside of the studio, Brinlie is a Nutritional Sciences major on the pre-med track at Kansas State University and is also pursuing a minor in Gerontology. She also enjoys long-distance running and working with people of all ages to help them move better and feel stronger in their bodies.
