🩺 CALL YOUR PEDIATRICIAN FIRST when:
• Fever over 100.4°F (any age)
• Ear pain, sore throat, rash
• Vomiting or diarrhea lasting 24+ hrs
• Behavioral changes or 'something feels off'

🏥 URGENT CARE for:
• Minor injuries, sprains, cuts needing stitches
• Infections when your peds is unavailable

🚨 ER IMMEDIATELY for:
• Difficulty breathing
• Seizures or loss of consciousness
• Severe allergic reaction
