Did some experimenting with clean and jerks using megalith handles on the VTS with resistance provided by Voltra and holy cow does it feel good. Hope to capture some footage of it in action soon.

Finally got to hit the gym after the HGC clean up. The new 360 bearing handles are beasts, love the 360-degree rotation. Also tried eclipse grips for tricep press downs, felt amazing. Powered through cable work with Voltra and finished with UDA dips. looking sleek and sexy per usual.
