A gentle reminder that you don’t have to earn rest, Boo 😘

Massage and Craniosacral Therapy offer space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself—one breath, one moment, one layer at a time.

Your body is always communicating.

What might it be asking for today?

Ayyy, happy October! And happy release of our monthly groups!

Reide is excited to announce her new Parenting Together group, where kids are welcome to join! Topics will include pregnancy, birth, and parenting support—whether you are currently experiencing, grieving, thriving, or surviving any of these stages of parenthood, please join us!If you’re craving conversations about parenting differently than you were parented, while navigating the real struggles that come with it, please join us! You are welcome, supported, and held here.

The Feminine Community Circle is returning—yay! In this group, we’ll explore finding your core self, taking up space, being authentic, and finding your people. We’ll occasionally use tools and energy practices such as oracle decks, tarot, journaling, and release-style ceremonies. This is a come-as-you-are, judgment-free, held space.

If you’re interested in either of these groups, you can register on our website or reach out to us directly with any questions or for assistance securing your spot!

Hope to see you there ✨🥰
